DR. WYN
Medical Director
Tod Wyn, MD is the Medical Director at Hospice of Holland and is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Wyn has more than 24 years of experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Wyn served as an emergency room physician at Hackley Hospital in Muskegon, MI from 1995 to 2013. He functioned as a full partner and Vice President of West Michigan Emergency services, as well as chairman of the stroke team committee. Currently he serves as core faculty for the post-doctoral fellowship in palliative medicine under the Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners (GRMEP) and Michigan State University. His top areas of focus are providing Palliative Care in the rehab setting, and the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wyn enjoys fly-fishing, playing piano, and spending time with his two dogs.
Education
Dr. Wyn earned his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Butterworth (Spectrum) Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.
DR. EMERY
Associate Medical Director
Alice Emery, MD was welcomed to the Hospice of Holland team in 2015. She is an Associate Medical Director at HOH and is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Emery has more than 26 years of experience in Hospice, Palliative and Internal Medicine. In 2012, she received the Physician of the Year Award from the Michigan Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (MHPCO). Additionally, she serves as the Assistant Program Director for the post-doctoral fellowship in palliative medicine under the Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners (GRMEP) and Michigan State University. Under GRMEP, she provides guidance and council to students exploring end-of-life care. Dr. Emery serves every patient and their families with great fortitude and a heart of compassion.
Outside of the office, Dr. Emery enjoys spending time with family, learning new things, yoga, meditation, biking, hiking, gardening, traveling, and cooking. She owns several animals, including chickens, a horse, and dogs.
Education
Dr. Emery graduated with honors from University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Butterworth (Spectrum) Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.

DR. GILES
Lizabeth Giles, DO was welcomed to the Hospice of Holland and Keystone Medical Services team in 2019. She began her career in 2015 in the field of Family Medicine. During her residency at the ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital, Dr. Giles spent time volunteering at the free clinic; providing medical care for the underserved and uninsured. Since this time, Dr. Giles has completed a yearlong fellowship in hospice and palliative care at the Detroit Medical Center. Through her role as a provider, her ambitions are to help patients and families achieve their medical care goals and to deliver the highest quality care possible. Dr. Giles is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Outside of the office, Dr. Giles enjoys reading, camping, traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Education
Dr. Giles graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a BS in Human Biology and a BA in Spanish. Continuing her studies at MSU, she received her doctorate from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

KATIE NORMAN, MSN-FNP-C, BSN, RN
Nurse Practitioner
Katie Norman, MSN-FNP-C, BSN, RN, has been a welcome addition to the Keystone Medical Services team since 2016. She began her career in 2011 as an RN Nurse Supervisor, where she provided patient care, treatment, and medications for patients in a long term care facility. In 2012, Katie took a position as an RN at Holland Hospital where she became responsible for the provision and coordination of patient center care. Presently, Katie serves as a Nurse Practitioner for Keystone Medical Services specialized in hospice and palliative care. Through this position, Katie has the opportunity to find out what each patient uniquely requires while doing so with compassion and kindness. She finds a great deal of reward in helping every patient receive the best symptom management possible.
Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, reading, and simply being outside.
Education
Katie earned her associates degree in Applied Science from Lake Michigan College before graduating Cum Laude from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Katie then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Nursing within the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at the University of Cincinnati.

KELLY HOWARD, DNP, AGNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Kelly Howard, DNP, AGNP-C has been involved in healthcare in West Michigan for almost 15 years. For much of her career she worked as an RN and Clinical Coordinator for Holland Hospital Home Health, eventually setting her focus on education. Prior to joining the Hospice of Holland and Keystone Medical Services Team, Kelly served as a Nurse Educator in conjunction with teaching classes at Hope College. She carries that passion for education with her by helping patients and their families understand their diagnosis and advising them of appropriate treatment options. Through her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Kelly’s primary focus is to work collaboratively with the Hospice of Holland and Keystone Medical Services care team to provide comprehensive, quality care.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys knitting, crocheting, sewing, camping, and spending time with her two kids and three dogs.
Education
Kelly received undergraduate degrees from both Michigan State University and Lake Michigan Community College. In 2013, she earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Kelly has gone on to receive a Doctor of Nursing Practice – Adult/Gerontology Primary Care from the University of Michigan-Flint.
