Celebration 2008 -- Friday, May 16th, 2008

The Heart to Heart Celebration was appropriately named 22 years ago as we connect the hearts of our planners, sponsors and guests with the hearts of the over 5,000 families served through these twenty-two years.

Our 23rd Annual Celebration was held Friday, May 16th at the Colonial Clock Building in Zeeland.  The event featured over 60 ten-bid auction items and 5 vocal auction packages.  Examples of ten-bid auction items included: flat screen TVs, pampering at a local spa, and overnight getaways.

Another amazing part of this event was the food!  Several area chefs collaborated and coordinated a delectable menu where each chef assumed responsibility for one course.  Over the course of the evening, guests had the opportunity to visit food stations where taste buds experienced a slice of heaven!

Celebration raises support for the General Fund through the ten-bid auction and for the Tulip Tree fund through the vocal auction. Thank you to all who attended and gave graciously to those in our community who need hospice care!
