Chuck Kohlruss - President

Currently the Vice-President for Human Resources & Operations Support, Chuck has been at Holland Community Hospital since 1992. Previously, he worked for 17 years at Bon Secours of Michigan Health System as the Director of Human Resources and Vice-president of Human Resources. He was with the Henry Ford Health System for 4 years prior to his tenure at Bon Secours. Chuck earned his BBA from Wayne State University and his MBA from the University of Detroit.

Chuck is presently on the board of the Child and Family Services of Western Michigan and the Michigan Healthcare Human Resources Association. He is a graduate of the Leadership Holland Class of 1993.

In his spare time, Chuck enjoys golfing. He and his wife Karen live in Holland and have one son, Adam.
