Tom Bylsma - Treasurer

Tom joined Freedom Village as Financial Director when construction was just beginning in 1990. During the next several years, he was involved with the opening of other retirement communities in Florida, Arizona and Pennsylvania. For the past four years he has served as the Executive Director of FV, responsible for the overall operation.

In 1986, Tom graduated from Hope College with a BS in Business Administration. After graduating from Hope, he worked for Ernst & Young in Grand Rapids. During that time, he received his CPA license.

Tom and his wife Susan have three sons and live in Hudsonville.
