Payment

Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances. The Hospice of Holland staff will assist with payment issues as quickly as possible. By contacting your insurance company for you, we can determine your coverage, saving you possible confusion and anxiety at a time when you need things to be straightforward.

Hospice of Holland care is available to patients who are eligible for hospice care regardless of insurance and the ability to pay for hospice care. Hospice will do a financial assessment for these patients and families. Payment will be based on a sliding scale according to the financial assessment.
